Route 66 Passenger Terms
When passengers request a ride and Blue Saddle UK limited Trading as Route 66 Airport Transfers, Route 66 Cars, Route 66 Car Services accepts the booking then under the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998, Blue Saddle UK limited Trading as Route 66 Airport Transfers, Route 66 Cars, Route 66 Car Services, as a licensed operator then enter as principal into a contractual obligation with the passenger to provide the journey which is the subject of the booking.
The Contract will end when the journey ends.

All communication, alteration regarding journey must be discussed by calling 02087700600.
Once ride request is accepted by Blue Saddle UK limited Trading as Route 66 Airport Transfers, Route 66 Cars, Route 66 Car Services, passengers will be provided with Driver name, photograph, contact number, car make, model, colour and registration number for that ride purpose only.
All passengers are requested not to discuss any previous or future journeys with any driver at any time. All journey requests must be booked by calling 02087700600.
Passengers are not permitted to contact driver directly or personally for future ride requests. Any driver found to do so will be reported to T.F.L P.C. O immediately and will be terminated with no exception.
At the time of booking please clearly mention number of passengers, what type & size of cars required, full pick-up address including postcodes, full destination address including postcodes, any extra stop / drop offs, whether passengers wish to pay cash or card & agreed total fare.
We will inform you of the estimated time of driver arrival and estimated time of journey completion, but these are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence. If we cannot accept your Booking request, we will inform you of this .

Please note, however, that all private hire vehicles are required by law to hold and maintain PHV insurance in order for drivers to legally carry and transport passengers. If your problem relates to a motor incident, please contact us for your driver’s insurance details in order to progress matters. We will not be liable for any matters covered by your driver’s PHV insurance unless and until you have exhausted all potential remedies related to motor accidents.
